Course Description

An integrated course stressing the principles of biology. Life processes are examined primarily at the molecular and cellular levels. Intended for students majoring in biology or for non-majors who wish to take advanced biology courses.

Distribution I Area: Natural Sciences.
Distribution II Area: Natural Sciences.
3 Lecture Hours, 3 Lab Hours, 4 Credits

Prerequisites

None.

Required Textbooks

Biology. 8th Edition. Campbell & Reece, 2004, Benjamin-Cummings Publishing Co. (In course handouts etc., this will be referred to as "Campbell".  This is available in two versions; you should be sure to get one.)
