A Personal/Familial Reflection (Health, Illness, and the Larger Systems)

This assignment is given a maximum score based on its submission on time. In about three pages, revise a moment or an experience in which you and/or your family were confronted with an illness or a crucial transition. Tell the story in the form of a journal rather than an academic paper.
